Web site problems

I have a two year subscription, however, I do not have access to the digital editions of beer and brewer.
When I try to login to the web site I get the error "Your login has been blocked, Please contact the administrator."
Whilst trying to place an order on the web site, I got disconnected/interrupted and when I try to reenter the information it said that the username and password already exists.
When I get to the checkout of an order I receive an error: Error code XX
When I load the web site, the screen is virtually blacked out with text barely visible.
